As a “Born in a rabbit year”, 2023 started with a giant step with developing my score from 59 minutes to 46 in the open water swimming contest which was held in my hometown Datça that I participated for the first time + also the first time to swim in winter; in January. Winter 2023 had also been a period in which I expanded my cooking range, adding up cupcake and panna cotta variations🧁🍮 to my classic waffles and pancakes🧇🥞 😋
